![]() ![]() She has mentored multiple students who wished to be accepted into both high school and college-level programs. ![]() ![]() Victoria’s group and solo choreography has placed top in Regionally ranked competitions and has also been recognized many times as the recipient of judges awards. While in college she was a dancer for the Newark Bears Baseball team, which included dancing during game, attending marketing events and also choreographing one of the routines that was performed at the half-time show. ![]() Victoria was also one of a handful of students picked to participate in the Dance Therapy Program, which allowed her to share her love of dance with caregivers in local hospitals in hopes of using it as a tool to heal patients. She performed multiple works from various Dance Companies around the world. The program allowed Victoria to learn many different styles of Modern, improvisation and choreography. She spent the next four years learning from top professionals in the dance industry including Fredrick Earl Mosely, Lonne Mortton, Nancy Lushington and Christian von Howard to name a few. This award was given to only one out of state dancer accepted into the program that year. Victoria was awarded a Merit Grant from the department recognizing her as an Outstanding Out of State Dancer. She choreographed many pieces that were showcased in various shows throughout her four years.Īfter high school, Victoria continued her training at Montclair State University. Here she was able to develop her love of Contemporary and also choreography. Victoria was accepted into Moore Catholic High School’s Dance Department, where she studied Ballet and Contemporary. She studied many different genres of dance including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Hiphop, and Contemporary. Victoria began her training at a young age in Staten Island, NY. ![]()
